I hold a Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Education, bringing advanced academic preparation together with extensive hands-on experience in early childhood education and program leadership.
I have dedicated my career to supporting child care centers, preschool programs, and early learning professionals through coaching, training, and strategic consultation.
My background includes program management, staff development, enrollment growth, family engagement, and operational excellence, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities that early childhood programs face every day.
